      1. Plant flowers, fruit and vegetables - Spring is the most beautiful time of year to experience the great outdoors. Gardening is not only beneficial for the mind, but all those tasty home grown vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins for a healthy body too.
      2. Exercise outdoors - The warmer weather is the perfect time to exercise outside for your run, walk or even yoga.
      3. Clean desk and workspace - A clean and tidy work environment boosts productivity and morale, so keeping on top of the mess in your office should be a priority. It helps your mind think clearer.
      4. Eat alfresco - Not only will you feel like you are on holiday, but bright light exposure helps release serotonin in the body, which can boost your mood.
